Kundalini Awakening Integration Circle

Kundalini energy has awakened within you, as your main energy channel 'Sushumna' opens up to the flow of pure shakti 'creative life force energy'. Expanded awareness is being brought to all aspects of your inner world and is reflecting out as a deepening of understanding in your external world. Kundalini Energy is awakening because you are becoming more aware of yourself as pure consciousness, meeting with neutral loving awareness what was before shunned or harshly judged. As this awareness opens up, old hurts and traumas can begin to surface, repressed emotions and unprocessed energies are now ready to be met with love & higher innerstanding occurs.

What also opens up is your sensitivity, empathy and extra sensory perceptions, as you are now becoming much more aware of subtle aspects of your experience that previously you may have ignored, simply did not notice or did not know what to make of it.

Working with Kundalini energy has the capability of being both blissful, powerful and positively life changing, as well as destructive and chaotic when one is not adept at consciously channeling and grounding these energies.

With that being said, the ‘Kundalini Awakening Integration Circle’ has been created to support those whose Kundalini energy is awakening. This is a circle where you can find others to relate to, share your experiences, be supported in understanding what is happening, not feel so alone and tips of how to work with the energy. We will discuss what you have been experiencing, look at areas of resistance, where you have energy blockages and support you in training yourself to bring your attention to the truth of your experience through self-awareness practices, self inquiry, meditation and kundalini yoga knowledge. Light will be brought around everything that you are experiencing more and more each time we gather supporting you through this major growth spurt in your life.

This group is here to support you, guide you and give you tools, skills, practices and know how to bring awareness to all areas of your life (holistic growth). Learn how to be the inquisitor and to tune into yourself and the energy of the kundalini so you can integrate it into your daily life with ease, flow and grace.

We will be meeting every other week on Thursday (In-Person or Online)
