What is required from you?

• Just being open to receive, no prior experience with Kundalini is necessary. For the transmissions you will only need to lay on the mat and surrender to your own energy and whatever comes through (shaking, crying , kriyas, orgasms, screaming, laughs, visions, downloads)
• Wear: white clothing (please be respectful to this request)
• Bring: - a yoga mat (if you have)

• Water bottle
