In KA Ceremony, we work with the activation of your raw life force energy, a channel to awaken your energetic, emotional and spiritual field.
When this energy is activated with reverence : through breath, through sound, through energetic transmission; it rises through the body like liquid light, unraveling blockages, awakening forgotten parts of you, and restoring the sacred circuitry between body, soul, and source.
Kundalini is the ancient life force that lives within each of us : coiled at the base of the spine like a serpent of light, dormant until it is called forth. It is the remembrance of your truest essence. It is the fire of awakening. The wave that clears what is no longer yours.
Be held in a field of Blue Lotus medicine, crystalline sound healing, and divine feminine guidance.

****** HOW TO PREPARE: *****
1. Comfortable Clothing:
Wear loose, breathable clothes for ease during movement, breathwork, and meditation. Layers are ideal for temperature changes. The studio can get warm during summer days
2. Water Bottle:
Stay hydrated throughout the day—preferably bring a reusable bottle.
3. Journal & Pen(Optional):
Have a journal to write down any insights, visions, or messages you receive during the ceremony.
4. Sacred Items (Optional):
If you feel called, bring small sacred items (e.g., crystals, talismans, or photos) to place near mat
5. Open Heart & Mind:
Arrive ready to surrender, release, and connect deeply with yourself and the energy of the space.
6. Optional Snacks:
Light snacks for post-event grounding, if needed.
