Kickstart your week with a shot of energy and tranquility at our "Kundalini and Coffee" yoga class!
Join us on Mondays at 9 am on the patio deck (weather permitting) of The Rep coffee shop for an invigorating session designed for beginners. This unique blend of Kundalini breathwork, Kriyas, Asanas, Mudras & Mantras focuses on balancing your chakras, bringing a vibrant burst of inner peace and grounding.
Perfect for novices, this class will introduce you to the colorful world of Kundalini yoga, energizing your mind and body just like your favorite cup of coffee.
Come for the yoga, stay for the coffee with new friends – and leave with a radiant spirit!
Know before coming:
For the comfort of all, please arrive 15 minutes before the class time, as we won’t be able to let you in once the session has started. This will leave plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable.
Make sure to bring your own mat!
Space is limited to a few spots. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you miss out, don’t worry! You can still join us for $10 at the door (cash or Venmo to Caroline), and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on available space.
Your facilitator:
Caroline is a color artist and has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years, receiving certifications in sound healing therapy, reiki, nidra, and kundalini yoga, learning directly from extended training with her gurus in India and Indonesia.
Combining her skills with chroma, art therapy, and wellness, she has been alchemizing both matter and energy to continue healing herself and others.
Her dedication to creating a holistic healing space and accompanying others in their soul journey will certainly inspire and support you on your path as it did to many others.
