- What is Kundalini Activation? -
Kundalini is your own life force energy that lays dormant at the bottom of your spine until she is awakened either spontaneously or through activations
During Kundalini Activations the facilitators create a powerful vortex of Kundalini energy that is very high frequency which then activates your kundalini to rise up to meet the frequency
All you have to do is lie on the mat in full surrender and recieve allowing whatever arises to emerge and be worked through and released with our intuive energy clearing and guidance where we also bring in light language and shamanic tools to guide and assist the energy to move through blockages
As your Kundalini rises it moves through your system clearing your chakras, clearing and purifying any trauma, stuck emotion, shadow material, blockages and dense energy…
This can manifest as movements, crying, screaming and cartharic emotional releasing
We also combine Kundalini with body work acupressure which is a Chinese medicine system where you activate certain points in the body to release stuck emotion so the energy can flow as it should
Combining these powerful modalities is incredible for the body unwinding trauma patterns in the body and stagnant emotion leading to a healthy mind body and soul
When the Kundalini reaches the third eye and crown it creates a very powerful spiritual experience
