A form of energy transmission and bodywork that:

Among other things, participants report cathartic experiences, emotional release, deep healing, aha moments, and positive transformational shifts in lifestyle habits and behaviours.

All you need to do is to lie on a yoga mat whilst music is played for an hour and the facilitator will work in your energy field, sometimes touching parts of the body to facilitate the flow of energy.
