WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KUNDALINI ACTIVATION CLASS?

In a session you all types of things can happen:

• Body movement, hands, feet, legs, belly, etc..
• Tingling sensation, heat, cold, by the body.
• Dance of emotions, sadness, joy, anger, fear, wanting to scream, vomiting.
• Visualizations, see colors, light patterns, etc.
• Have insights,
• See yourself in other lives or receive messages from dead people close to vou.
• Speak different languages.
• Do mudras, yoga positions.
• Feeling completely immobile but absolutely connected.
• Nothing

*Kundalini Activation classes are typically viewed as safe; however, due to its potent nature, it may occasionally surface challenging or unresolved emotions. This experience is a normal aspect of the process, so it is recommended to allot yourself some time post-session to facilitate integration, especially after a particularly intense experience.

**Kundalini Activation Classes are not recommended for people prone to manic or psychotic episodes, for people diagnosed epilepsy. Also if you pregnant 6+ months the practice is not reccomended at that point.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION:

Avoid heavy meals 2hrs before session, alcohol or drugs 24 hours before session

Yoga mat or blanket on floor & water

Dress comfortably and make sure the area is clear of any hazards.

Please come with no expectation and ready to trust and surrender

I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Kundalini Activation Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Kundalini Activation sessions are not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate.I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice in a Kundalini Activation class and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against a Kundalini Activation Experience and it’s instructors.
