Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of kundalini awakening. In a session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. As you lie down on your mat with your eyes closed, the energy will begin to flow, leading to spontaneous movements, emotional releases, and deep meditative states. Each person’s experience is unique, but all are supported by a safe and nurturing environment.

To ensure you get the most out of this session, please keep the following in mind:
- Avoid alcohol and substances, including the use of marijuana, for at least 24 hours prior to the session
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Ideally, don't eat (or eat lightly) within 3 hours leading up to the session
- Bring a water bottle
- A yoga mat will be provided
- Health Considerations: it is not recommended for individuals suffering from mania, delusions, psychosis, or epilepsy. Additionally, pregnant women in their last trimester should wait until after birth to participate. If any of these conditions apply to you, please be honest with yourself and others and refrain from attending this session.
