In my first experience, I was able to release blockages in my sacral 🟠, throat 🔵, third eye 🟣, and crown ⚪️ chakra .
I released a long held pain in my back and arrived at the conclusion of the journey with much more softness in my body 😌 and peace 🕊️ in my mind that has lasted until this very day
This experience will be 1.5-2 hours and an intimate number of participants 5-8 maximum.
This event is closed to children for participation, however myself or Izzy will be in another area of the Shala or yard with our baby boy and will happily set up a space for children/husbands/caretakers to enjoy for the duration of the event and then we can all join together for the Potluck, if this makes the experience more accessible for
