We have extended our registration deadline for Kulay - A Flower Dyeing Experience ("Kulay" is the Tagalog word for "Colour")
Join Lourdes Still of Masagana Flower Farm & Studio as she guides you in the step-by-step process of dyeing textiles using flowers she grows at her farm in Manitoba. Experience tinta (colour, dye) from marigolds, coreopsis, cosmos and scabiosa at this exploratory, hands-on workshop.
You can bring your own doily or use one provided by MCML. Maximum size about 8” x 10”.
If you are using your own doily it must be dropped off at MCML by Friday, July 19, at 12pm, as we have to complete a mordant treatment before the class.
