Back by popular demand, the City of The Colony and Keep The Colony Beautiful are hosting a live raptor event at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, at The Colony Annex, 6804 Main St. There will be a live bird demonstration and educational information by specialists from the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center.
The event is free but donations to the Raptor Center are appreciated. Given the popularity of the program, limited seating will be available. This event is best suited for ages 8 and up.
