The Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) is dedicated to advancing female entrepreneurship and building equity and parity in the ecosystem. Our Founder Program welcomes students of all genders and backgrounds, with a special emphasis on women-identifying founders. It is crafted for those who have moved beyond the idea stage and are ready to grow strategically, scale their impact, and lead confidently, offering tailored instruction that addresses the unique challenges female entrepreneurs face.
