Join us for a Spring-inspired baking class led by , owner of Radicle Heart Farm and the beloved instructor behind our popular lefse and fårikål classes. Heidi brings her expertise, warmth, and passion for Scandinavian cooking to every session.
While krumkake cookies are often associated with Christmas, they’re too delicious to save for just one season. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make crispy, delicate krumkake cookies in fresh flavors perfect for warmer days: strawberry cardamom and lemon lavender.
Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just starting out, this class is for all skill levels. Bring an apron and a container so you can take home your delicious creations!
