1. KRIYA YOGA INITIATION (PART 1) – SATURDAY, Nov 22 – 1 day workshop from 10am to 5pm.
Understand the purpose of life; Experience your higher self; Enhance your holistic mental, emotional and physical health. A comprehensive, systematic and holistic set of practices that will work on all your chakras, nadi channels and Kundalini energy. These techniques are similar to those taught by Yogiraj Siddhanath and Paramahamsa Yogananda as mentioned in his “Autobiography of a Yogi”.
There are no prerequisites.
2. KRIYA YOGA PART 2 – Sunday, Nov 23- 1 day workshop from 10am to 7pm.
A continuation of Part 1 introducing additional practices that will work on all your chakras, nadi channels and Kundalini energy. It is recommended, but not compulsory, that this workshop be taken after 6 months of practicing level 1 practices. However, after taking Part 1 now, students can register for Part 2 if one feels that one can learn, remember and also have the time and discipline to practice so many techniques in a short period of time.
Recommended Contribution: RM150 per workshop/day
(Past participants who has attended the same seminar before may reattend the seminar for free; for example, if you have attended Level 1 before, and wish to attend Level 1 and 2 this year, you only need to contribute to the Level 2 workshop and attend Level 1 for free)
