On August 17th in Asbury Park at the 20th Annual Art on the Boardwalk, I’ll open my living gallery once again — a rare, unrepeatable encounter with art.Whenever I share my artwork, I prefer to curate it as an experience.
My tent a handmade work of art, is draped in repurposed Indian wedding saris — beautiful silks once stitched for the celebration of love, now carrying the light and color of a thousand blessings. Bubbles drift from my bubble machine like soft planets through the air. I bring sidewalk chalk for anyone inspired to create. These elements meant to reawaken the sleeping inner child. Music threads through the moment. The original works of art that I share are curated as a collection. Each work able to stand on it’s own, but the pieces that accompany each panel are selected to create harmony between each other. These elements are all thoughtfully added to create a layered environment of experiencing my artwork.
I paint in real time, inviting you to slow down, to feel the work becoming, to enter into discussion about my process.
This is how I choose to share my art:
as a rare, intentional encounter that exists only in this moment. I hope to see you there. ✨💗
