Saturday, March 1st continues the excitement at the Brandon Amphitheater with the Gumbo Cook-Off. Sample delicious gumbo from 50 teams competing for top prizes like “Best Gumbo” and “Fan Favorite” while enjoying live music and family-friendly activities.
This Mardi Gras celebration supports Rankin Youth Leadership, funding scholarships for high school seniors, honoring a Rankin County Teacher of the Year, and contributing to the annual Salute to Education Banquet—a tribute to excellence in our community.
