Join the Battle Creek Area Clean Water Partners for their annual Krazy for the Kazoo Cleanup and stewardship event to protect streams and rivers in the Kalamazoo River Watershed.We’re looking for neighbors and groups to spend the morning walking along the Kalamazoo River, its tributaries, and local parks to remove garbage and conduct a variety of conservation activities.
We will be working in small groups and each group will be assigned a section. Please consider volunteering for this important community event!
Note: Preregistration is required (see additional information below), however same-day, late registration is available.

Event details:
✔️ Date: Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024
✔️ Time: Late registrations and tool kit pick-ups from 8:30-9:30 a.m.; Event runs from 9-11 a.m.
✔️ Location: Volunteers can pick up their tool kits, as well as register late on the day of the event, at the Department of Public Works, 150 S. Kendall St, Battle Creek.
