Come take the first steps into the original and unchanged teachings of the creator of the Israeli Martial Art of Self-Defense, IMI Lichtenfeld! Your introduction to Krav-Maga will take you through the basis of some of the more important techniques:
- learning how to fall/break a fall (BLIMOT)
- first stages of rollings (GILGULIM)
- learning all 38 punches from Krav-Maga (MAKOT) and also the first 9 (out of 78 existing) kicks or BEITOT
Furthermore, you will be taught how to escape from different hand grips (SCHICHRURIM METFISOT YAD VEYADAIM), neck chokes or strangulations (SCHICHRURIM MECHANIKOT) at the same time improving your coordination and physical abilities.
This will represent merely the beginning of a path that will transform you, a path throughout which you will learn new things about yourself, where you will discover self-confidence and find out that you capable of much more than you thought before.

Imi Lichtenfeld created the Krav-Maga in the 60s in Israel in a very difficult social and political context. The omnipresent danger meant the nation of Israel, just like the regular person, would need a way of protecting oneself against violence and terror.

We gain more flexibility, speed, strength, stamina, improves the body's reactions, attain internal equilibrium, higher level of coordination, helps our immune system, concentration and we achieve the capacity to deal with dangerous situations on the street.

📅 The courses will be taking place each Tuesday and Thursday from 21:00 until 22:00
💲 Subscription price will be € 70 per month / 8 Classes
Your 1st Class - what will be required of you:
- eager and determination to learn and improve yourself
- prior experience or optimal physical condition is not mandatory. You will be molded and taught everything from scratch
- come wearing comfortable clothes (trousers and t-shirt). This will be acceptable for the 1st Month of training - subsequently you will need to have a White Kimono - Judogi
- we will train bare foot on the Tatami, the specially designed surface for martial arts
BELT Exams are always conducted by 9 Dan Black Belt Grand Master Yaron Lichtenstein, head of the global BUKAN School and direct student of the creator of the Krav-Maga, IMI Lichtenfeld.
