Do you want to learn more about icarians, pops, fast washing machines, everything no hands and level up your acro game? We are super excited to share that the amazing Ammanda and Paulo, Sunshine Acro, will be coming to Kraków in October for a weekend full of dynamic and fun Acro!
The intensive will be spread over two days. You can join this intensive weekend with intermediate / advance experience. The event is not suitable for very beginners. To ensure you can get the maximum out of the weekend we have some pre-requisites: - knowledge of basic washing machines (Ninja Star, 4-step, pick pocket) - some experience with pops and basic icarians such as straight throws in bird and American chair (can be with spotter) If you have any doubt about your level and if this intensive is for you, then please contact us.
About the teachers:
We are Paulo and Ammanda, together: Sunshine Acro. Between us, we have 13 years of Acroyoga experience and are both qualified Acroyoga International teachers. We love sharing our passion for Acroyoga through playfulness, trust and fun, and in a way that everyone feels safe and included. We love to teach a mix between technique and fun flows and transitions. We have a big passion for everything lcarian as well as no hands flows, balances and no hands lcarian. They call us a perfect mix of mas peligroso & absolute calm, and we find that very fitting We cannot wait to meet you and fly with you!
Ammanda:
Ammanda is a certified Acro Yoga international teacher and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Originally from Denmark, her Acroyoga journey began in London 11 years ago and it was love at first flight. Movement and the healing arts have always been part of her life in the form of dance, acrobatics, different lunar practices and now she lives and breathes Yoga and Acro Yoga. She loves sharing her passion for Acro Yoga through playfulness and trust, and she dreams of expanding the community and to share it with everyone who wants to play. She has a crazy obsession with funky warm up moves, anything logs in icarian, foot juggling, and no hands flows and balances, and she is always up for silly ideas!
Paulo:
Very active since young age he grow up in Lamego, Portugal. First he practiced handball sport, and with his team won some trophies in the national championship. Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, where he got to be the responsible of the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and got introduced to Acroyoga. Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can. Completed his teacher training in Bali 2020. Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics. More information can be found on the webpage:
