What to bring:You’ll need to bring everything required for your project, including materials and tools. For example:
– Quilters, bring your sewing machine and fabrics
– Papercrafters, bring your papers, trimmer, adhesives, etc.
Important notes:
- If your craft involves paint, ink, clay, or anything messy, please bring a table covering. The venue will charge us for any extra cleaning. I'm trying to keep the costs low.
- Meals are not provided. A fridge and microwave are available, or you can visit one of the many nearby restaurants. I will provide coffee, tea, water and a treat.
- I’ll set up power stations for those who need them. Please let me know in advance if you require electricity so I can assign tables accordingly. While I will provide some extension cords, it's a good idea to bring your own as well.
- Lighting may be uneven in some areas. If you're working into the evening, you may wish to bring a small lamp just in case.
Location:
The event will take place in O’Brian Room A, located on the northeast side of the building. The space is on the ground floor with direct entry and convenient parking. Washrooms are located just beside the room. I’ll send detailed directions about a week prior to the event.
