Who can attend this event? Due to specific public event regulations, only adults (19 and above) who are currently enrolled KPU students for the fall semester are eligible to attend this event (Current students must be enrolled in at least one course for the Fall 2024 term to register for this event). Registrations will be canceled if these requirements are not met. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Reservation: This reservation secures your spot for the event. The actual tickets will be provided to you on-site by KPU International event coordinators. Please ensure you arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee tickets after the event start time.
Further Steps: All important details related to the event will be sent out 2 days prior to the event start time, so don't worry about not knowing what's happening next. Please ensure that you check all your inboxes, including spam folders. Additionally, please note that Eventbrite may automatically send you emails with tickets attached. These are not actual tickets to the event but rather confirmations of your reservation. Keep them for a quick check-in with our event coordinators on the day of event.
Ticket Purchase: Reservations are exclusively available for Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) students. A limit of one reservation per student applies. Any attempts to book additional slot will result in automatic cancellation of the duplicate orders. No friends or family members can attend
ID Requirement: It is mandatory for all participants to carry their KPU student ID and government issued ID. In order to guarantee efficient event management and punctual commencement, we enforce a policy of denying entry to individuals who arrive without the required document or arrive after the scheduled start time.
Refund Policy: Tickets/Reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable at any time
Release of Liability: By registering in this event, you agree to release Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) from any liability relating to injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. You acknowledge that attendance and participation in the event are voluntary and at your own risk. Additional mandatory, physical forms will be requested to be signed on the day of event.
