Build your Awareness, technique and understanding of the FEEL on the Snatch movement whether you are new and learning the movement or fine tuning it to the best of your abilities.
Thursday 5th FebruaryClean & Jerk : Position & Power
Focusing around the Split Jerk, Find your Comfort, Power and Confidence to be a Consistent and Technical Lifter at heavy loads.
Double Day : 3rd & 5th February
Snatch | Clean & Jerk
Combine both ‘Feel & Fundamentals’ with ‘Position & Power’ to expand your Awareness of your body's position throughout any of the Olympic Weightlifting Movements and be more Consistent and Confident in every Lift.
