This year we are screening 6 feature films including 3 Welsh premieres, The Concierge, City Hunter: Angel Dust and Komada - A Whisky Family, providing an exclusive opportunity to experience groundbreaking films before they hit wider screens.
Through partnership with the New Chitose Airport International Animation Festival in Japan, there will be a programme of 6 short films from independent Japanese animators, including SHISHIGARI, directed by Kiyotaka Oshiyama, Director of Look Back.
And don't forget Jero11 is back this year! He is a guitarist and shamisen player who composes instrumental rock inspired by traditional Japanese instrumentation. His performance will be held on Saturday.
Our marketplace offers Japan inspired crafts and Manga comics and DVDS. Jero11 will be there on Saturday and the Japanese calligrapher Yukiko Ayers will join us on Sunday from London.
