The journey will begin at the exquisite Maurice Gibb Memorial Park, the perfect backdrop for a night of connection, meaningful practices, and unforgettable memories with like-minded souls.
Guided by Didi Flow & Ellie Wheeler, you'll embark on a transformative meditation journey interweaving breathwork, visualization, movement, sound healing, and affirmations to awaken the deepest love within.
As the wellness portion wraps up, the ambiance transitions into a lively wellness hour at A'Riva Lounge inside Harbour Club.

Didem Saglam is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor with a professional dance background and a passion for mindful movement and living. For her, yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a homecoming that nurtures both body and mind. Alongside teaching yoga, Didem offers and hosts numerous sound healing journeys, creating immersive experiences that foster deep relaxation, balance, and connection. Her mission is to guide and support students in achieving their goals with intention, presence, and care.

Ellie Wheeler is a certified instructor for yoga, pilates, and breathwork, as well as mindset coaching. She is also a certified sound healer, finding her passion in the convergence of sound, breath, and movement. Through her agency, Niyama Agency, she provides a variety of entrepreneurial, health, and wellness coaching services. She teaches with the purpose of rooting oneself in love and compassion, so that they may fully bloom.
