For those is need – Every month in Zempukuji + Minami Ogikubo
食料に困っている方であれば誰でも利用できます。食べることは私たちの権利です！
杉並区善福寺と南荻窪の2カ所で毎月無料で食糧を提供しています。
（主にお米、麺類、缶詰、乾燥食品など）ご利用がご希望であれば下記のフォームを記入して、当日パントリーの会場まで取りに来てください。
今月2月26日に12:00-18:00まで営業しています。
予約は2月23日まで受け付けます。

**ご記入いただいた電話番号、メールアドレス、住所などの個人情報は、なにかあった時のためにkosatenから連絡する場合のみに使います
***食料のお持ち帰りのためにマイバッグや小さなスーツケースをお持ちください
****何かの事情で当日に取りに来られなくなった場合必ず当日にお電話ください。 080-7119-1461
*****40人まで対応できますが、この人数に達成したら早めに受付を終了しますのでご了承ください。
★2月28日13:00-17:00 杉並区南荻窪のほうで「ほたるパントリー」も開催しています。どちらのパントリーを利用するかを予約フォームで指定できます。

Free Food Parcels for those in need.
Anyone facing food shortages/financial difficulties is welcome. It is our right to eat! Mainly rice, pasta, udon etc, tinned goods and dried foods are available. If you wish to use this service please make a reservation using this form and come on the day to pick up the food stuffs from the pantry venue.
This month the food bank will be held on 26th February 12:00-18:00

**Personal information provided (phone number, email, address etc) will only be used so that kosaten may contact you if any situation occur and to inform you of the next pantry
***Please bring some sturdy bags or a small suitcase to take the food goods back with you
****Please phone us if for any reason you become unable to pick up on the day 080-7119-1461
******Food can be provided for up to 40 people but reservations will be closed once this number has been reached
★We are also running Hotaru Pantry in Minami Ogikubo on 28th February(Monday) 13:00-17:00 you can choose which pantry you would like to use from the reservation form
