2025 Koru Gym Strongman Competition will be Sunday 13th AprilAthlete registration will be from 09:00-09:30
Lifting will commence at 10:00
There will be Novice and Inters categories for both Men's and Women's level.
Event 1:
Overhead Circuit Medley in 60s (1 rep on each implement carrying on until the 60s time cap has finished)
Axle Barbell - Log - Dumbbell
Women's Novice: 45kg, 40kg, 20kg
Women's Inters: 60kg, 55kg, 30kg
Men's Novice: 80kg, 70kg, 45kg
Men's Inters: 90kg, 85kg, 55kg
Event 2:
Axle Deadlift for reps in 60s
Women's Novice: 100kg
Women's Inters: 120kg
Men's Novice: 200kg
Men's Inters: 220kg
Event 3:
HEAVY 10m Farmers Carry (PH - Per Hand) - 60s time limit
Women's Novice: 70kg PH
Women's Inters: 85kg PH
Men's Novice: 120kg PH
Men's Inters: 135kg PH
Event 4:
Zercher Yoke carry into Sandbag load - 15m carry run back to pick up the bag then 15m load - 60s time limit
Women's Novice: 90kg, 45kg
Women's Inters: 110kg, 60kg
Men's Novice: 160kg, 100kg
Men's Inters: 180kg, 120kg
Event 5:
7 tonne Tractor Pull for 20m- All athletes will have the same tractor, harness and rope provided - 60s time limit
