Allowing your mind to enter a state of deep focus and relaxation as you receive the meditative vibrations from drums, rattles, crystal bowls, and more!

The art of QiGong is designed to support you in reconnecting to the flow of energy within your body. It is a practice that combines movement, breath, and focus to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and recharge your energy.

Sound Healing is a technique used on its own and as a tool to support holistic wellness practices. It incorporates the use of different intruments to immerse the mind and body in a tranquil and soothing environment to support unwinding and rejuvenation.
