Info: We will teach you how to make 2 different hot pot broths. Umami (mushroom) & Kimchi.

Info: Instructors will walk you through creating the dressings for Cucumber Salad & Bean Sprout Salad.

Info: Instructors will briefly go over grilling technique and recommended cook times. Go over flavor profiles for marinades and pass out proteins for hands on grilling at your seat.

Info: Instructors will pass out samples of Kimchi and Pickled Radish. They will go over health benefits of both items. They will also explain how to make your own at home.

Info: Instructor will invite you to try the broth that were made at the beginning of the class with a portion of ramen.
