Registration for Kopernik's 50th Anniversary Gala includes dinner. When registering, choose from 4 entrees:
Strip Steak - Roasted Pepper Relish, Cabernet Demi-Glaze, Potato Gratin, Seasonal Vegetable
Roasted Chicken - Marinated Chicken Breast, Caramelized Shallot Sauce, Truffled Mac and Cheese (Prepared with Cavatappi Pasta), Seasonal Vegetable
Salmon - Herb Crusted Salmon Filet, Mediterranean Cous-Cous, Artichoke Hearts, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Herb Pesto
