1. Choose your category of competition (individual, team, or family)
   - Individual: You will run the entire course challenging yourself and the people to the left and right of you
   - Team: A group of 4 running the entire course with each other. Helping one another get through and overcome obstacles. Start together, finish together.
   - Family: A group of 4 running a shortened course. This is good for families with children under the age of 12
2. Choose your time slot, complete the registration info, and pay
3. Show up and HAVE FUN!
