JT will guide you through the steps to making an amazing kombucha; he will talk about what a SCOBY is; the best kinds of tea and sugar to use to keep your SCOBY healthy; the right ratios, the best containers and more! You will end the class with a tasting of a variety of kombuchas together with some of Cherry Grove’s cheeses. You will take home your own scoby to take care of at home as well as written instructions and recipes.
