Fermenting is a simple process but it needs to be done correctly, and in this workshop you will discover how we can manage microbial bacteria to produce highly nutritious food. Learn more about the fermentation process and why it’s so important to our health. We will show you how to make your own kombucha drinks at home to enjoy great gut health. Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm
