Join us for a 2.5 hour long workshop all about Kombucha - brought to you by Yang's Nourishing Kitchen and hosted at The Torchbearer Taproom in North Oshawa!
There is lots to learn about kombucha and we are excited for Yang to teach us all about it.
Tickets include:
- All ingredients and materials for the workshop
- Quick chat on the health benefits of kombucha
- How to brew kombucha
- How to control flavours and carbonation of your kombucha
- How to store kombucha SCOBY
- Hands-on creations (1st fermentation, 2nd fermentation, kombucha salad dressing)
- Kombucha tasting in different stages
- Kombucha scoby and starter tea, and kombucha salad dressing to take home

As it takes about 2 weeks to ferment the kombucha required for the workshop for hands-on exercise and for tasting, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be purchased by January 10th for numbers.
