Kombucha Making Workshop

Everyone's talking about fermented foods and drinks!

For good reason- they're tasty, nutritious and actually very easy to make yourself at home.

We have more access to health care than we have ever had, but we have never been sicker!!

We no longer consume the diet that our bodies evolved from, instead ravenously throwing down the easist and often most convenient thing that we can get our hands on, including fizzy, sugar and chemical laden drinks.

In this workshop, we will briefly touch on what Gut Health is, why it's so important for our holistic health (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), we'll get to try many different flavours of 'buch' and walk through step by step, the process of making our own.

You'll leave with everything you need to confidently create gut loving buch at home, including your SCOBY and the know how.

This is an experiental, hands on workshop that I know you're going to love.
