Join the library and Yesfolk Tonics for an all-things Kombucha class! Traditional and experimental techniques will be discussed and a simple method for brewing will be demonstrated during the class. Bring a clean 32-oz (quart) jar if you’d like to take home your own SCOBY starter and start making kombucha at home!
