Join Craft Kombucha founder Tanya Maynigo as she guides you through the basics of kombucha creation. You'll have the chance to ask all burning kombucha questions, make your own signature kombucha flavor, and leave with all the ingredients to make your first batch at home.

To participate in the SMIDC/VA in person classes, participants must show proof of vaccination.
Accepted forms of proof include:
- A physical CDC-issued vaccine card with one or more shots noted on it
- A picture of a physical vaccine card with one or more shots noted on it
- An approved online vaccine tracker app that matches the guest’s information such as V- Safe, MyIR, and others
