Join us for a night of Kölsch-style Brauhaus table service & German food from Noreaster Barbecue.
On Tuesday, February 18th, our Brighton Tap Room will be Kölsch and only Kölsch!
Event Runs 6pm - 9pm with doors opening at 5:30pm
Kölsch Night menu from Noreaster Barbecue
Handmade Pretzel & Beer Cheese
Hand rolled pretzel bites served with Notch Kolsch Beer Cheese.
(If dairy free, Kolsch Beer Mustard will substitute beer cheese. *)
Kolsch Bratwurst Platter
Smoked Notch Kolsch Bratwurst. Served with warm German potato salad, braised red cabbage & Gurkensalat.
Vegetarian Platter
Vegetarian Sausage, served with warm herbed potato salad, braised red cabbage & Gurkensalat.
Köbes (servers) will come to your table with kränze (trays) of Kölsch in stangen (Kölsch glasses). Each time you receive a Kölsch, a notch is marked on your coaster (this is the origin of the Notch name!). Repeat as desired, and when Kölsch is no longer desired, place a coaster on top of your glass to signal your surrender. At the end of your session, the notches are added up, and you will be presented with your tab for beer. Easy!
