On the night of Lucia we gather not just for music and celebrations but to honour a woman whose courage outshone the darkness around her.
Lucia stood her ground against every force trying to control her,
so on her night, we celebrate exactly the way she deserves:
by losing ourselves on the dance floor.
Lucia’s story can be read as a woman resisting: refusing a forced marriage, giving away her wealth on her own terms, and defying both a suitor and the state when they tried to punish her through sexual violence. Her martyrdom becomes a symbol of radical female autonomy: a body that men could not move, burn, or command.

CLUB CUNTROL is Kollektiv Livmoders first club concept with much more to come. This is our offering to Stockholm’s underground and club scene - the same scene that has given us so much. Our mission is to build an inclusive space for connection, creativity, and freedom. A safe space, where like-minded, disregarding of gender or anatomy, can show up as their full self, dance freely, feel deeply, and be truly seen.
