This collaboration is a journey to the body, through the body, and encourages profound healing. Kourtney O’Reilly is Michigans only Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher at Intentional Yoga in Portage, MI and a Reiki Master. Evening Schedule
We will begin the evening by coming together for a sacred cacao ceremony facilitated by Lindsey and Monica. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart, elevate mood and expand consciousness. We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines.
Before drinking the cacao we will encourage you to set an intention for healing to help guide the intuitive wisdom of the plants.
After our Cacao Ceremony, Kourtney will take us on a transformative journey with a Group Spinal Energetics session. Group Spinal Energetics is an experience that must be felt! Everyone has their own experience, although it is elevated by the “Kollective” energy in the room. You will be immersed with vibration, sounds, scents, and support throughout your experience. Monica and Lindsey will be supporting Kourtney with hands on Reiki to help move and transmute any heavy emotions or stagnant energy that may be causing dissonance in the body.
Once the group session has come to an end, Kourtney will gently guide us back into our bodies. You will have an opportunity to share your experience, if you are feeling called to do so.
What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics is a new somatic modality used to release stress, trauma, grief, and old stories that may be stored in the physical body and keeping you unconsciously stuck. It is designed to balance your nervous system by accessing your physical body and energetic field. All you have to do is lay comfortably and breathe. Your body will guide you. It improves clarity and connection to your body, heart, soul & purpose. This modality harnesses a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves. There are a few contraindications before doing this work, so head to Kourtney’s website to make sure you are eligible for this potent energy medicine.
Investment
The cost to attend this event is $150.00. The fee must be paid to hold your spot. Due to limited availability, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations. If something comes up and you cannot attend, you are responsible to find someone to take your spot or gift your ticket to someone in need (we can help you with this).
