The menu, created especially for this occasion by our Head Chef Kacper Sawoń, is inspired by the historic flavours of Breslau and the region, reimagined in a contemporary fine-dining style. Each dish tells its own story – a celebration of tradition and the subtle nuances that shape the culinary heritage of Lower Silesia.
The New Year’s Eve Dinner “Historical Inspirations” is an event crafted for those who wish to celebrate the evening with sophistication, in the company of guests who value refined experiences, tranquillity, and an atmosphere of genuine exclusivity.
