KOJU IS SETTING UP SHOP IN WASHINGTON DC!!!
To celebrate Koju's 1st Major Event, 2025 Shokunin-Ryoko, my International Debut as a Professional Chef. I will be premiering the Spring 2025 Menu for Koju, "Hagane-Haru" or "Steel Spring." A dining concept by Chef Reijiro.
This Omakase will offer a curated 16-Course Edomaezushi Menu paired with Champagne. All Diners will receive a SPECIAL GIFT at the end of the Omakase.

There will be 2 days of service, 3 waves per day with 4 seats per block, 24 diners total. (Perfect for Intimate dinners on Valentine's Day!) Seats are available on the hours of: 3pm, 5pm and 7pm.
This Omakase is Gluten-Free.
