A body movement workshop is an activity, often open to people with no prior experience, that uses various techniques like guided improvisation, movement games, and drills to explore the body`s potential for expression, awareness, and improved physical abilities. These workshops can focus on different areas, from artistic expression and somatic healing to athletic coordination and understanding anatomy through movement.
