What to wear ~Please dress for warmth and comfort! A warm cozy jumper, layers, thick socks, comfortable pants. You will be layed in Savasana for most of the hour so make sure you are warm and comfortable!
What to bring ~ We have lots of mats, Blankets, pillows, eye masks and bolsters at My Secret Garden Sanctuary but if you have your own you would like to use please bring them.
