No partner or previous experience required.
Day/Time: Wednesdays at 11am - 12noon
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your class starts to allow plenty of time to check in and settle in.
Location: Island Bay Community Centre, 137 The Parade, Island Bay
Cost:
- Option 1 - Standard Pricing
- Casuals $25 ($20 with ID*)
- 1 person $80 ($60 with ID*) for 4-week concession card**
- 2 or more people registering together $65 pp for 4-week concession card**
** valid for 8 weeks.
- Optional 2 - Koha
We know many people are doing it tough at the moment, more by the day sadly. So we also offer the Koha option for those who would otherwise not be able to do the class.

Wellbeing: While scanning in and vaccine passes are no longer required "good hygiene practices" are:
- washing or sanitizing your hands before and after class
- bringing your own water bottle
- not coming to class if you feel unwell or should be isolating
