About this Event
"Koffee & Kula" emerged from our desire to forge deeper connections within the yoga teaching community. Hosted by Alexandria Waycott & Alison Reaume, we understand that teaching yoga can sometimes feel isolating, and we believe that building meaningful relationships with fellow teachers can provide much-needed support and camaraderie.
Our aim is to bring together yoga teachers from various backgrounds and levels of experience to foster enriching discussions and create a supportive community environment.
All yoga teachers, regardless of experience, are welcome to join us.
Each event will feature a discussion topic to guide our conversations. For our July gathering, we will explore the broad theme: "The Evolution of Teaching Yoga”.
Our discussion may include:
- Pre and post-pandemic changes in teaching yoga
- Grief surrounding the way things used to be
- Learning in an online format vs. in-person
- The noise of social media
- Yoga ethics in a changing world
- Embracing possibilities - navigating the future as yoga teachers
You are encouraged to actively contribute to the discussion and share your unique perspective, so that we can all learn from each other. This event is a wonderful opportunity to expand your network and connect with your peers. We look forward to seeing you there!
