Faces of Courage Foundation Annual Santa’s Workshop
provides adolescents ages 2-12 having cancer and/or blood disorders the opportunity to interact with their peers and connect with others experiencing similar circumstances.
DONATIONS NEEDED
Cabin essentials
Individual wrapped soaps, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, Q-tips, single
fitted/loose sheets, towels, blankets, and clean sleeping bags.
Gifts for Santa’s Shop
Because of the overwhelming shortage of elves this past year, Santa is hoping you could collect and donate those: new or “recyclable” gifts or that are new or almost new and taking up closet space in your home…Santa holds a special Workshop so that the 50 campers diagnosed with cancer, sickle cell, hemophilia and their well siblings can shop for gifts with their free reindeer bucks. New/Re-giftable items (for siblings, Moms, Dads, pets, favorite Doctor/Nurse). Teen gifts are always in short supply. Scissors, ribbon, bows and scotch tape are in great demand too.
Boys gift item ideas: Lego, stem sets, body spray, funky socks, gift cards Walmart (with receipts), basket balls, footballs, or remote cars
Girls gift item ideas: makeup kits, nail colors and sticky fake nails, bath bombs, facial kits, slime kits, jewelry and cute crossbody hello kitty is a favorite. Gift cards the same as boys.
Gift Cards Needed
Gift cards to Target, Gas, Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Depot, and Publix are a big help to our families. Please include the cards receipt.
