This free beginner-friendly walk is designed especially for over-50s who would like to enjoy gentle movement, fresh air and good company, without pressure or pace.Funded by Sport England through the Movement Fund, this walk is part of our commitment to making walking more accessible, welcoming and confidence-building for local communities.
We will walk approximately 5km at a relaxed pace, with regular opportunities to stop, chat and enjoy the surroundings. No previous walking experience is required.
