For our April meetup we welcome Jason McDaniel and Richard Gamble.Jason McDaniel is a full time real estate investor who has been in the game for over 10 years and has done almost every type of deal imaginable. From doing dozens of wholesales and flips to buying rental portfolios and commercial properties with various creative finance strategies Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to the meetup. And not only will Jason be one of our next speakers at the meetup, like Richard he’s a cofounder of the meetup as well as cofounder of My Tribe Mastermind. For the past two and a half years Jason has still been a very active investor while traveling all over the world. Jason’s rental portfolio spans from the Knoxville area to Pensacola and he’s currently working on 4 development projects in Bali, Indonesia.
Richard and Sarah Gamble began their journey as dedicated real estate investors in 2014. We live in Knoxville, Tennessee, with our three young children. Our business initially focused on a mix of house flipping and acquiring single-family rental homes. This dual approach remained our focus for four years, until we transitioned to the next phase of our journey: purchasing smaller multi-family properties such as duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes. Today, our portfolio consists of approximately 200 rental units.
Over the past 24 months, we have dedicated our efforts to education and training, preparing to take on larger multi-family projects, syndications, and commercial properties. In addition to our property holdings, we have established a property management firm, a coaching business, and a mastermind program.
