DESCRIPTION: (Open Level) While not necessary, it will help if participant is already familiar with some foundational sensual body movements

DESCRIPTION: (Open Level) This class is for everyone in an open level format; modifications will be given if needed but everyone is welcome to attend this workshop.

-3-3:50p: BACHATA MUSICALITY by Krystal Warden
DESCRIPTION: (Open Level) Learn the unique sounds and common rhythms of each instrument, the three energies/rhythms of Bachata, what a musical Time Change is, how to use Music Theory To Anticipate musical breaks in music, and how to utilize song structure to choose your next moves and/or patterns.

DESCRIPTION: (Open Level) This class is for everyone in an open level format; modifications will be given if needed but everyone is welcome to attend this workshop.
-5-5:50p: INTERMEDIATE BACHATA PARTNER-WORK by Krystal Warden
DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Moderate understanding of tension, frame, and counterbalancing.
Lead Knowledge: Lead Regular Inside Turn, Lead a Madrid Step (diagonal basic), and Understanding of how to Change Time for Shadow Position
Follow Knowledge: Follow a Regular Inside Turn, Follow a Madrid Step (diagonal basic), and can Follow a Lead into Shadow Position
***Recommended Experience (but not required): at least 10 bachata classes***

DESCRIPTION: (ABSOLUTE BEGINNER) If you are a first time Bachata Dancer, you will take this class and learn from the very first step. No experience at all needed
