Since founding KnowNow Information in 2013, I have driven the company to the forefront of AI and machine learning application. We specialise in innovative solutions such as the Flood Event Model, which uses environmental and geographic data to predict flooding impacts on critical infrastructure across the UK, and eLGAR, an AI chatbot automating common processes for local authorities with a citizen-focused approach. My work keeps me at the cutting edge of AI development, solving customer problems by enhancing business processes with modern technology.
I also served as Chair of Business and Enterprise at Shaping Portsmouth, winning the 2015 Volunteer of the Year award for developing the Portsmouth Business Support Bank.
